Introduction
This Special Airworthiness Information Bulletin is written to inform
the public, users, operators, and repair and inspection facilities
about how to obtain a copy of the universal global AMOC for AD 89-25-10
and AD 89-25-08.
Background
The two subject ADs require the inspection of certain areas of the wing
to the requirements of the Hawker Beechcraft Corporation, Structural
Inspection and Repair Manual (SIRM) 98-39006. The two respective ADs
use and identify revision levels of the SIRM which were current when
the ADs were written. Since that time, the HBC SIRM has been revised
many times.
Recommendations
It is our recommendation and intent of this SAIB for you to use the
attached universal global AMOCs to facilitate your compliance with the
two subject ADs. That is, you may use these universal global AMOCs for
compliance to the respective ADs following the identified (current)
revision levels of 98-390006, Structural Inspection and Repair Manual
(SIRM).
